→ Most roles: $175K–$225K
→ Top payers: Genentech, Gilead, AstraZeneca, Vertex, GSK
The salaries are strong. The opportunities are real. But most candidates never make it past the final presentation round. That’s where things fall apart. Not because they don’t know the science, but because they present like scientists instead of MSLs.
