We're Obsessed With NotebookLM and You Should Be Too

NotebookLM comes up a lot in our world. We talk about NotebookLM all the time. Like all the time. It’s just so powerful and fun.

We love it. Not just as AI nerds (guilty), but as longtime Medical Affairs professionals who know how hard it is to stay on top of content. It’s a recurring topic in our RISE group and Aspire MSL program. We’ve seen MSLs use it to learn disease states faster, prep more confidently, and build better conversations, all without digging through another 47-page PDF or scrolling through 11 blog posts.

So when Google dropped their newest update, public notebooks, this is what happened:

Sarah messaged: “We should do this.”
Patrina replied: “100% absolutely yes.”

And just like that, the first public NotebookLM presentation skills notebook for Medical Affairs was born.

What We Built (And Why It’s a Game-Changer)

We took 11 of our most popular MSL Mastery blog posts on presentation skills and loaded them into a smart, interactive NotebookLM notebook. It’s our same practical, helpful presentation skills content, just made faster to access, easier to navigate, and way more fun to use. Instead of scrolling and scanning, you can ask the notebook a question and get an instant, AI-powered answer grounded in the original content. No hallucinations. No guessing.

Just smart, verifiable presentation tips, exactly when you need them.

Built from real posts from the MSL Mastery blog, this is our content, made interactive.

Why This Matters for Medical Affairs Professionals

Most Medical Affairs teams (and people in general) are drowning in content. Between decks, publications, trainings, and slide reviews, there’s no shortage of information. The real challenge? Finding what you need at the right moment.

That’s where NotebookLM shines.

This tool helps you prep faster without cutting corners. It helps you learn in context, whether you're onboarding to a new TA or gearing up for your next KOL meeting. And now that our public notebook is live, it’s easier than ever to tap into the best of MSL Mastery’s presentation skills content without hunting through a blog archive or having 11 tabs open.

The best part is it is compatible with Medical Affairs workflows. It works when you’re under pressure and tired from all the travel. It helps when you’re short on time. And it makes our best tips easier to use, whether you’re giving your first team presentation or trying to step into a leadership role.

What You’ll Find Inside the MSL Mastery Presentation Notebook

We know not everyone has time to read every post we publish (we produce a lot of content!). Even the ones that could really move the needle on your next presentation, team update, or KOL conversation.

So we thought, what if someone could:

→ Ask, “How should I start my next virtual presentation?”
→ Or, “What’s the 5Ps framework again?”
→ Or, “How do I end my slides without sounding salesy?”

And get an instant, personalized answer based on what we’ve already written?

We uploaded 11 of our most-read blog posts on presentation skills into NotebookLM. The result is a single, living document that brings our content to life, and makes it way easier for you to find what you need. Inside this public notebook, you’ll get curated content and smart tools to help you get better at presenting fast.

No digging through bookmarks. No re-reading the same blog post 5 times to find that one tip about closing slides. Now you can get what you need, when you need it, and even listen to while you walk your dog.

We’ve always believed that great Medical Affairs content should be useful, actionable, and fun to learn. Now, it’s also AI-powered.
