A few years ago, two medical affairs professionals saw the same problem playing out again and again — brilliant people attending great trainings, taking pages of notes, and walking away inspired… only to forget what they learned a few weeks later.
Sarah Snyder and Patrina decided there had to be a better way.
They believed training should stick — that learning shouldn’t end the moment the workshop does. From that belief, MSL Mastery was born — a learning experience designed not just to teach, but to transform.Â
What started as a simple idea quickly grew into a global training movement for Medical Science Liaisons and leaders in pharma and biotech. Over just two years, Sarah and Petrina built a company that does things differently:
